Reading:
I assigned the Queen as you and the Jack as your twin. You are in the center of the spread which shows me that you have a lot going on, I will elaborate on this more throughout the reading. Beginning in past factors that affect your union, I am seeing that there was an amazing mental connection that is only seen in twins but that the heart was all over the place, it feels very hot/cold to me.
After that there was a betrayal on your twins end. Nothing that is a deal breaker for you, but for them, they felt the need to make it bigger than it had to be. This is still impacting you in your heart. I am getting the impression that everything that has happened so far is not for nothing. It was all as it should be and that they are a part of your journey, like battle scars.
Currently there is a conflict of being both spiritually weary and spiritually whole. Those are literal opposites. (There could be actual money issues also, as in you have just enough to get by, money comes in and leaves right away). This all impacts both of you but because you literally are in the middle, it is more specifically you that is stuck in the muck of it. Lot's of ups and downs right now. One minute okay and the next not so much.
Your near future shows your twin. You are so busy looking at the past (the direction the queen is facing) and in the near future your twin will be looking toward the future. Telling you this is intended to give you hope. Your twin being on the bottom row shows that she will be working out of her heart but because she is currently reversed, she is not yet there or ready. There is another key factor showing a love ending. This is not to say it is already not dead in the heart, but the ties will be cut completely because not only is that person not showing up in the spread at all, but also the ending card in in the top mental row.
